And so begins what I feel will be an amazing chapter of my life. The reaction from my friends and family has been brilliant, and has reminded me how much they mean to me. It has also shown me some people’s true colours…maybe they are just best left to their own devices.

I have so much to look forward to: Coldplay, Alton Towers, a new job where I get to see The Queen, Reading Festival 2012, 21st birthdays (including mine), a lovely summer, and my final year of university in which I hope to make new friends, and strengthen the bonds I already have with the ones who are also doing an extra year. Knowing I have a wonderful family and friends only adds to this and makes me grateful for them and the way they make me feel :).

I’ve met and properly gotten to know some wonderful people this semester and I’m so happy that they are going to continue to be a part of my life for next year, and hopefully beyond if our plans come to light… :)

This year has been fantastic so far, and, not even being half way through yet and knowing what’s to come, I’d say 2012 is going to be a pretty epic year.
